D.A.V.I.D.S. OUTREACH COALITION INC is a 501(c)(3) community action agency located in Newport News, Virginia providing supplemental support services to the justice-involved and their families. Our services include transitional assistance, youth mentorship, private security. We believe that everyone should be granted equal opportunities without prejudice.
